Dino has over 15 years of postsecondary education oversight experience. During his career, he has increased performance; from startup, growth phase, to turn around models. He is an active leader who takes a systematic approach to leadership and business, which includes a strong emphasis on student centric strategies. This has translated into high achieving results for both students and stakeholders within campus and online operations.
Dino has also been the CEO Chatdrive, which places an emphasis on admissions and marketing engagement, military operations, student retention, and education consulting.
Dino has also had a strong impact in online education, overseeing budget responsibility up to 38-million in annual revenue with 150% outcomes for performance goals. This included direct oversight for several online divisions where he was recognized as a top executive.
Dino holds degrees in Business Administration, including a Master’s in Business, and three years of Doctorate level education in Organizational Leadership. Dino also has a Minor in Finance. His education dissertation analysis was entitled “Why There Is A Leadership Gap In Mid-Level Management within Higher Education.” From this he has created several approaches to help young leaders achieve proven methods for success and gain additional promotions within several education departments.
Dino contributes much of his success to his early University of Arizona involvement, which included business consulting work with the Business Dean, setting a tone for trusted consulting and advisory for many campus institutions for culture improvement, leadership development, process improvement, and student centric initiatives.
Dino has also overseen faculty and was an educator for several years within the areas of business, leadership, and finance.
Dino is also a Veteran, serving as an Army Medic, where he was recommended for a Military Arcom for above and beyond service while overseas.
Dino was also Educator/Administrator for the Center for Academic Success, where he was recognized as a strong motivational leader for disadvantaged youth education. During his tenure, he developed an outreach program that helped reach students that dropped from the program. He has also completed formal training to open and maintain a Charter school within the State of Arizona.
