Ms. Bush’s professional career spans 20+ years in the Higher Education vertical. Brenda began her education career with the Phillips organization moving up the ladder to Director of Admissions for Nettleton Junior College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Ms. Bush continued her career as Director of Admissions with Education Management Corporation in Illinois. Her successes ultimately led to her role as registrar with Brown College in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Brenda was then promoted to president of Brown College Seattle campus. Following her duties with Brown she was promoted to Corporate Admissions Trainer and then Corporate 1st Vice President-Admissions for Career Education Corporation, Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Brenda contributed to the building of the Admissions / Marketing infrastructure of CECO, achieving record performance in the education vertical as the company set an annual revenue record of $1b.
Brenda managed P&L responsibilities exceeding $150 million: hired and trained executive regional managing directors and oversaw profitability of 16 colleges and universities. While directing Admissions and Marketing responsibilities for more than 200 sales personnel she exceeded population growth objectives and financial expectations. Brenda has a reputation of developing key personnel and maintaining strict compliant operations while turning distressed business situations to profitable entities. Ms. Bush developed and trained 200+ personnel. Behind beyond her extensive career education experience she continued her career as president of the retail corporation operating retail and floral businesses.
Brenda is a recipient of the prestigious Career Education Corporation Eagle Award for Excellence.
Ms. Bush has a Bacheloriate and Masters’ Degree with a Ph.D. (abd) in Psychology. Brenda is passionately dedicated to changing people’s lives.
